About this role
<p><strong>TASKS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mechanical assembly and integration of structural items (Central Tube, Panels, Support Structure) by means of fasteners Assembly and integration of thermal items (heaters, sensors…) and harness supports (stand-offs, tie-base,…) by means of gluing</li> <li>Routing and integration of harness by means of tie-wrap on S/C</li> <li>Assembly and integration of other satellite sub-systems parts, e.g. electrical hardware</li> <li>Preparation of test specification and procedures, test report generation</li> <li>Operation of MGSE (integration stand, hosting device, crane, containers,…)</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience in the satellite AIT and test field</li> <li>Certification (ideally ESA) for harness manufacturing and integration</li> <li>Knowledge of ECSS Standards for Mechanical, Thermal and Harness Engineering</li> <li>Experience in working with mechanical tool kits and MGSE</li> <li>Experience in mechanical assembly of satellite structures</li> <li>Willingness to travel and perform activities in external facilities throughout Europe</li> <li>Harness and Thermal Control Electrical</li> </ul> <p><strong>Start:</strong> As soon as possible</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Bremen</p> <p><strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent</p>
