<p>Senior Stress Engineer required - Contract basis - Bedfordshire, UK. A Senior Stress Engineer is required to advise and support our Client in the following: Good working knowledge of FEA work Nastran and Patran.</p> <p>Good Aerostructures experience.</p> <p>Able to review the construction of the composite panel modelled. Able to review the proposed construction techniques modelled. Able to review local strengthening applied. Draw conclusions from models against requirements. Recommendations for improvements to product to meet requirements. Review FEA against design model. Advise on reviewing the structural integrity of ongoing designs. Review engine imbalance (fatigue modelling). Validate assumptions for qualification of the catalogue of hardware. Candidates must currently hold the right to live and work in the UK for this role (EU passport holders).</p>
