Technical Engineer - Switzerland

<p>Jet Professionals, on behalf of our esteemed client, are looking for a number of Technical Engineers to support a number of exciting new projects.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Participates in developing certifiable technical solutions through the performance of drawings, engineering documents, reports and testing and provides general engineering support upon request under the direct supervision of a Senior Engineer or Engineering Supervisor.</p> <p>Prepare Engineering drawings and Documents to comply with all recognized safety, certification, and customer requirements under the supervision of a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Supervisor.</p> <p>Participate in project aircraft evaluation to develop functional group works cope for engineering project management approval.</p> <p>Review aircraft configuration in order to check work scope feasibility, accuracy and completeness.</p> <p>Update the status of the Technical Proposals &amp; Studies on the quote documentation as required.</p> <p>Provide input to the senior engineer so as to complete a Drawing Release Plan for a specific task/project</p> <p>Participate and/or witness tests and prepare the corresponding reports as required</p> <p>Provide input to the senior engineer so as to update the status of the Project on the Project Status Sheet as required.</p> <p>Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, to simplify process and value added work</p> <p>Comply with the current working and safety regulations.</p> <p>Provide Engineering Support as required.</p> <p><strong>Qualification/Experience</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Aviation)</p> <p>General knowledge of the Aviation Regulations (EASA and/or FAA)</p> <p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Proactive, forward thinking and self motivated team player</p> <p>Very good level in English</p> <p>German and French would be beneficial</p> <p>If you are qualified for this vacancy please apply by emailing your CV to <a href="mailto:neil.engerran@jet-professionals.ch">neil.engerran@jet-professionals.ch</a></p>
