About this role
<p>Zenon Aviation is currently assisting an established aviation manufacturer in recruiting a Production Controller for a permanent position based in South East England.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Control of all materials and components from suppliers, through production and subcontractors to customer delivery.</li> <li>Further development of the companies Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and related supply chain processes.</li> <li>Work closely with team leaders and their teams to monitor the production process.</li> <li>Participate in daily meetings.</li> <li>Gather customer orders and prepare production reports accordingly.</li> <li>Compile progress reports on work, cost inventory levels and production problems.</li> <li>Liaise and build relationships with internal departments, customers and suppliers on all issues relating to supply and demand</li> <li>Customer liaison, reporting and initial contact point</li> <li>Achieving sales targets</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will hold:</p> <ul> <li>Previous proven supervisory would be advantageous.</li> <li>MRP systems experience within a production / materials / supply chain environment and the ability to develop internal processes within the materials function.</li> <li>Proven experience of planning and controlling stock levels, managing subcontractors and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.</li> <li>Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.</li> </ul> <p>To apply for this position offering a competitive salary, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:recruitment@zenon.aero">recruitment@zenon.aero</a></p> <p>Zenon Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.</p>
