Full commitment to innovation based on customers’ evolving needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>A senior and responsible position, enjoying considerable autonomy, and with the overall brief to maintain and develop primarily Aerospace business and new customers within a defined EMEA geographical range.</li> <li>Maintain their network in Purchasing, Programme and on Management level</li> <li>Investigate, qualify, and develop new Sales opportunities for the company through appropriate propositions and ethical Sales methods.</li> <li>Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential company resources, and co-ordinate Sales efforts with product and technical experts to respond effectively.</li> <li>Travel within the geographical territory range to present and market the company’s products and services to the full range of current and potential customers.</li> </ul> <p> <br /> <strong>The Individual</strong></p> <ul> <li>The candidate will have a competent and proficient understanding of the commercial and military Aerospace industries as well as other industrial markets. He/she should be able to manage and win ‘project business’ and major programmes.</li> <li>The successful individual will have a substantial track record of direct work experience in a business development management capacity, and this should include all aspects of Sales development and execution.</li> <li>Native French speaking plus fluent English</li> <li>The appointee needs to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of current avionics, components, technologies, and related systems, together with a solid practical grasp of future trends. Personal knowledge of and existing business relationships with key industry players would be a considerable advantage.</li> <li>The ability to work both independently and in a team orientated collaborative environment is essential.</li> </ul>
