<p> Software Test Engineer Our Department for Airborne Software Development has an immediate opening for an experienced Software Test Engineer. <strong>This challenging position involves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsibility for the writing of test plans and procedures</li> <li>Development of manual and automated tests to satisfy DO178B objectives</li> <li>Test rig configuration control</li> <li>Traceability of test procedures to requirements</li> <li>Updating rig simulation software</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years experience in software testing</li> <li>Knowledge of ARINC 429, 1553 and serial data bus architecture</li> <li>Software coding experience</li> <li>Ability to work unsupervised to challenging timescales</li> <li>Good English is a must, knowledge of German preferable</li> <li>A working knowledge of LDRA for dynamic coverage analysis</li> </ul>
