<p>tasks</p> <p> - Analysis, calculation and optimization of component parts on rail vehicles taking into account the static and dynamic loads and the relevant valid and applicable standards and regulations<br /> - Performing design and FEM - Proof bills for components and component connections<br /> - Create the corresponding calculation reports and certification documents under consideration of existing capacity and necessary appointments<br /> - Cause of fatigue strength, operating strength and life evidence<br /> - Support of experiments in testing of systems and components.<br /> - Bring the findings into project teams<br /> - Construction Consultancy and training of project staff<br /> - Comment by external stability confirmation<br /> - Multidisciplinary collaboration with internal and external service providers, consultants and regulatory authorities<br /> - Analysis and reporting of faults / weaknesses from the field<br /> - Static analysis of damage (cracks, deformations, etc.)</p> <p>your Profile</p> <p> - A degree in railway engineering or mechanical engineering<br /> - 1-3 years experience<br /> - Technically advanced English skills<br /> - Catia V5, other FEM calculation software such as PDM system, SmarTeam, information, Abaqus<br /> - First specific web knowledge<br /> - Travel activity: about 10% per year</p>
