Aeropro Flight Operations Support (AFOS) is designed to provide a turn-key solution to aircraft owners, allowing them to put their aircraft safely into our hands, whether it be a one off ferry flight for an aircraft leasing company or for on-going support for a privately owned aircraft.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have an understanding of flight operations or previous experience within aviation operations as well as sales or account management experience.</p> <p>Based in our offices in Basingstoke, the role encompasses prospect-gathering, telesales, product presentation, commercial negotiation, service delivery and account management. It's challenging work and particularly suited to those with a strong interest in world-geography, aviation or business-in-general.</p> <p>The rewards are definitely there for those who quickly learn the business and who focus on squeezing the maximum productivity out of their day. Our most successful staff can look forward to quickly becoming Team Leaders and Senior Managers. In fact, a Board Level appointment within 5 years is achievable for those who deliver exceptional results.</p> <p>Starting salary will be commensurate with experience, to include "on target" earnings based around individual performance.
