About this role
<p>On behalf of our customer who's extending his business in Asia, we are looking for a General Manager which is familiar with aircraft industry.<br /> <br /> <strong>This challenging position involves:</strong><br /> <br /> - Responsible for the organization of the start-up<br /> <br /> - Leading the company in economic terms, the instructions and requirements of the Board<br /> <br /> - Establishing the necessary management systems, according to the Board and company requirements<br /> <br /> - Leading the management team and to convene the regular meetings<br /> <br /> - Reporting regularly to the Board of Directors<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:</strong><br /> <br /> - Have successfully completed economic studies at a European University<br /> <br /> - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in China<br /> <br /> - Experience in the aviation sector would be an advantage<br /> <br /> - Qualification in complex project management<br /> <br /> - Knowledge practical aspects of project management with international partners<br /> <br /> - Fluent Business English and good command of Mandarin skills is a must<br /> <br /> - Solution-oriented and independant operation, leadership skills as well as the ability to quickly analyse situations and opportunities.</p>
