Document and Change Coordinator

<p>tasks:<br /> The task includes the steering of operational change management, external customers and internal documents of rules, starting with the formal verification of official amendment request of the customer, on the impact analysis in the company to the distribution of documents in the fields. The Change Manager coordinates and directs all disciplines involved in the process (design, program, manufacturing, purchasing and costing).<br /> - Single point of contact for all aspects of document change across all locations across the company<br /> - Summary and consistency check of all technical, industrial, planning and financial data of a change project external customers of rules<br /> - Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal change boards with all disciplines involved in the PAG<br /> - Contract review and evaluation of change processes for the calculation<br /> Ensuring overview of the entire change process<br /> &nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> qualifications:<br /> - Studying mechanical engineering, aerospace, manufacturing technology or other means acquired, equivalent qualification.<br /> - Experience in the field Aerostructures<br /> - Good knowledge of configuration management processes across the entire value chain of the company away<br /> - Process knowledge of the communities where our customers are desirable<br /> - Basic business skills, good project management skills<br /> - Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, customer focus and negotiation skills<br /> - Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access)<br /> - English written and spoken<br /> - IT skills: PDMLink, PLMsysteme, document management</p>
