<p>We have a interesting poistion for a System Engineering Single European Sky ATM Research developer working as a contrcator for Eurocontrol.<br /> The contract The writing of the present document occurs in the context of SESAR P14.02.09 Step 2 activities. At this time, a first Step 2 verification iteration is taking place (iteration 2.0.0). The integrated technologies are DDS and WS. The corresponding expertise is not secured at EUROCONTROL. Indeed the knowledge relies on only one and part time staff. The depth of expertise is also limited by the relatively new experience (since 2010). Finally, the current SESAR schedule does not allow EUROCONTROL enriching its expertise, and producing the SWIM-VP in a satisfying way. Therefore and in order to effectively ensure the yearly SWIM technical infrastructure Verification and Demonstration exercises, subsequent to the yearly refinement and enrichment of the SWIM TI&lt;br /&gt; requirements; the need of contracting an external assistance is identified. The successful candidate shall complement EUROCONTROL IT COTS expertise and shall offer a backup source of expertise. Additionally the successful candidate shall comprehend the whole SWIM-VP production and shall take over part of the software development work. Finally the successful candidate shall help in the production and execution of verification scenarios, and in the technical set up of SWIM Demonstration events. Consequently, a continuous on-site presence of the successful candidate is required.Requirements: The Contractor Personnel shall possess confirmed experience in: System engineering: large and distributed systems integration and validation IT system Architecture Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Software development in Java, Application servers Web Services technology Developing XML Schemas some experience in Air Traffic Management, Airline, Airport, Airport, Military operations Data Distribution Services UML Modelling and Model Driven Development Enterprise Architecture modelling tool Working in a standards-driven environment, including experience with ISO, OMG, OGC W3C and OASIS standards. Leading technical meetings or making technical oral presentations in English. high level of ability to write professional documents in English.You should also be able to use formats in MS WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Project. You must also know adobe. Meetings Meetings shall normally take place in France Brétigny. Any other proposed meeting places must be approved by the Contract Manager The Contractor shall produce, in co-operation with EUROCONTROL, all documents in preparation of meetings – including agendas - at least two (2) full Working Days before the meeting The Contractor shall produce minutes of meetings within a maximum of 3 working days.Project Reporting The Contractor shall produce monthly progress reports, including: the actual progress since the past report, the expected achievements for the next period; the milestones and deliverables achieved; the status of actions;· the risks, with a description of topic and their influence on the progress of the Project; the problems encountered; the changes; any contractual matters; The report will be part of the deliverables of the Contract.<br /> Presentation of findings and results<br /> As an integral part of the Contract, the Contractor shall assist in giving a presentation on any subject&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;related to the Contract activities, including, but not limited to, presentation of his findings and propositions</p>
