Quality and Safety Manager - Europe

<p>Jet Professionals, on behalf of our client based in Europe, are looking for a Quality and Safety Manager.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:</p> <p><br /> Managing and coordinating activities of the Quality organization. Providing leadership that is committed to continuous improvement of the quality system<br /> <br /> Taking a leadership role in quality management by reviewing the current status of Quality, selecting Quality Improvement Objectives, setting priorities on specific quality projects, initiating training programs including Quality measures.<br /> <br /> Implementing and asserting Quality and Environment, Health &amp; Safety standards<br /> <br /> Assuring all EASA, NAA and OEM Quality and Safety requirements are met<br /> <br /> Continuously striving towards customer satisfaction through a clear understanding of the needs of the internal and external customers<br /> <br /> Communicating Quality system requirements, product and process acceptance criteria, and working together with functional groups to define and implement any changes in work processes for improvement<br /> <br /> Representing the Organization for all Quality and Safety matters<br /> <br /> Performing the other duties and responsibilities of Quality and Safety Manager as defined in Organization’s MOE.</p> <p>Experience and Qualficiations :</p> <p>Have minimum 3 years Quality Management experience in civil aviation maintenance environment</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Hold a B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 License or university degree in Engineering</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferably have good knowledge on the SAP system</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a hands-on manager, you will have proven ability to establish and build successful working relationships across the business with key stakeholders and people at the ‘sharp end’</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Be able to influence at all levels</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Have strong self-awareness and a high level of emotional intelligence</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferably have change management experience (particularly advantageous if related to organizational culture change</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you meet all of the requirements please apply by sending your CV to <a href="mailto:neil.engerran@jet-professionals.ch">neil.engerran@jet-professionals.ch</a></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
