Lead Engineer with electrical harness experience

<p><strong>For our costumer in the Space industry we are looking for a suitable candidate with the following skills…</strong></p> <p>Your responsibilities:</p> <p>The following 5 types of aluminum shall be investigated:</p> <ul> <li>TMTC Cables (small diameter)</li> <li>Power distribution cables (medium diameter)</li> <li>Power distribution using aluminum busbars</li> <li>Battery power to power conditioning unit using aluminum busbars</li> <li>Solar Array to power conditioning unit using aluminum busbars</li> </ul> <p>For each of these 5 types, the following points have to be investigated:</p> <ul> <li>Parts availability (including adequate pins and connectors)</li> <li>Manufacturer availability, including second sources</li> <li>Cost</li> <li>Manufacturing time wrt ESCC3901 cables</li> <li>Needed qualifications, including time, cost and method ( or company) to achieve it</li> <li>Reworking and modifications possibility and processes</li> <li>Integration constraints wrt ESCC3901 cables</li> <li>Design and 3D modelling constraints</li> </ul> <p>Your skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in preliminary electrical concept, accommodation, integration sequence and information on units in order to achieve trade of documents summarizing the data gathered during the trade off, list of possible suppliers for the parts and early development documents</li> <li>Experience in harness testing and&nbsp; aluminum electrical wires</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Start: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As soon as possible</p> <p>Location: Bremen, Germany</p> <p>Contract: Permanent/Contract</p>
