Vice President - Financing

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p><br /> As Vice President - Financing, you will plan, manage and implement strategies for all aircraft and project financing requirements of the Emirates Group by analysing and recommending suitable financing alternatives and by negotiating the most cost-effective financings and leases. You will manage Corporate Treasury's input in fleet management / phase-out issues and will negotiate on behalf of the Group all cost and accounting-related clauses in new aircraft purchase contracts.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> In this role, you will be responsible for all contractual financial compliance and accounting related to Aircraft purchases and financing commitments including ongoing payments.&nbsp; You will also develop and manage a global investor base including Rating agencies.</p> <p><br /> Qualifications &amp; Experience<br /> •Qualified Chartered Accountant / CPA with post graduate qualification in accountancy or airline management. MBA qualification preferred.<br /> •12+ years professional experience including leading a Finance function within a large corporation or financial institution.<br /> •Knowledge of state-of-the-art aircraft financing structures preferred.<br /> •Expert knowledge of Project Management, strong networking skills and presentation skills required.</p> <p>&nbsp;<br /> Salary &amp; Benefits:<br /> We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE.
