<p><strong>Program Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Sailauf</strong></p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Program Manager controls as point of contact for all technical and commercial issues (especially the cost , quality, time , technology) complex development projects with interdisciplinary teams from customer inquiry through to the end of production .</p> <p>Main tasks</p> <ul> <li>Management and governance of the assigned projects</li> <li>On-site representation at the respective OEM</li> <li>Planning, directing and controlling all activities of the Product Delivery Process ( PDP)</li> <li>Planning and monitoring of resources , planning, and compliance with budget , schedule and quality objectives</li> <li>Implementation of all program , phase and gate reviews</li> <li>Implementation of program audits and adjustments to meet the program requirements</li> <li>Control of actions taken to prevent discrepancies in terms of product , process and system</li> <li>Development , recommendation and implementation of solutions to problems</li> <li>Verification of solutions ( Feasibility , D- FMEA, PFMEA , APQP )</li> <li>Support of the distribution in the acquisition of new projects</li> <li>Create synergies between projects</li> <li>Building , leadership, motivation , monitoring and coaching of the program team</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge and training</p> <ul> <li>University degree in engineering with a major in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or production control</li> <li>Alternative: trained as a mechanical engineer or business degree with several years of professional experience in Program Management</li> </ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>At least five years of professional experience in an application-oriented production / development environment in the automotive supplier industry , including project management and responsibility</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge and skills</p> <ul> <li>very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project</li> <li>very good knowledge of English</li> <li>another European language is desirable</li> </ul>
