<p><strong>Job Title: Ground Instructor</strong></p> <p><strong>Position type: Permanent and Contract</strong></p> <p><strong>Region: South Spain</strong></p> <p><strong>Company: Flight Training Europe, S.L.</strong></p> <p><strong>Description:</strong> <br /> <br /> FTEJerez delivers ATPL and MPL Integrated pilot training to airline and self sponsored students at Jerez near Seville in Southern Spain under the auspices of AESA, the UKCAA and EASA.</p> <p>Our ground school has an unrivalled reputation for excellence and well above the average success rates in the examinations. We teach the full ATPL syllabus: Principles of Flight, Meteorology, Mass & Balance, Radio Navigation, Systems, Power-plants, Electrics, Air Law, Aircraft Performance, Operational Procedures, Instrumentation, Human Performance, Communications, Navigation and Flight Planning.</p> <p>Due to growing demand from airlines we have a continuing need to recruit high quality, experienced instructors and presently require experienced instructors in the following subjects:</p> <ul> <li>AGK (Engines and Systems)</li> <li>Aircraft Performance</li> <li>Flight Planning</li> <li>Instruments</li> <li>Mass and Balance</li> <li>Principles of Flight</li> </ul> <p>This is an opportunity for former air crew, ground crew, or others with aviation-based or technical teaching experience to deliver instruction to ab-initio commercial pilots. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in, or a good knowledge of, the subjects listed above. Ideally the successful applicant should have experience in the planning and delivery of theoretical knowledge instruction to students who have little or no knowledge of the aviation industry and for whom English is their second language. However, training can be given to an applicant who demonstrates flexibility and keen willingness to learn new skills.</p> <p>All instruction is given in English but we have a number of nationalities amongst our present staff. We also provide an excellent support system for successful applicants moving to Spain including translation and a relocation allowance.
