<p>Job Purpose<br /> Reporting to the Human Factors Manager, the Human Factors Specialist will manage the CRM/HF training content/resources and organise the CRM Instructors to ensure best practice CRM/HF training is delivered to Emirates crew as well as other staff, in compliance with GCAA regulations and IOSA requirements.</p> <p>Qualifications<br /> Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) preferably in the field of Human Factors in Aviation, or alternatively equivalent experience.<br /> Relevant Masters Degree preferred.<br /> <br /> Experience<br /> Minimum 5 years training experience in the Human Factors field with at least 2 years of airline experience relevant to Emirates operations.<br /> <br /> Knowledge/skills<br /> Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel).<br /> Recognised as a CRM Trainer by the GCAA.<br /> Remain current with developments to industry best practice in CRM/HF training and with research in the field of Human Factors.<br /> <br /> Safety Sensitive Role: Yes</p> <p>This role has been designated as a Safety Sensitive Position i.e. a position which involves activities where, because of risk to the individuals concerned or to others, the employee needs to have full, unimpaired control of their physical and mental capabilities. It will therefore be necessary for the provisionally selected candidate (if not working in a current safety sensitive position) to undergo a medical check- up with our Emirates Clinic for a fit to work evaluation, prior to a decision being taken to select / not select. There is no action to be taken at this stage, this is only for information.</p> <p>Salary & Benefits<br /> We offer an attractive tax-free salary paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE.
