<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/TGV3aXMuUm9zcy4xMTIyNC40MjRAdmhyLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif" /><br />Specifically this role is responsible for: <br /> <br />Raise the appropriate documentation to support any design changes. <br />Modification of existing drawings, and creation new drawings, models and assemblies using the Unigraphics/ Nx 3D software & Teamcenter. <br />Generating Engineering Change Notes. <br />Using accepted Industry & Company standards and working to agreed milestones within Project plans. <br />The creation of Service Bulletins. <br />Provide shop floor engineering support, including investigation to queries raised through Design Query Notes and Non-Conformity Reports, production permits and concessions and any other matter where production time scales are potentially adversely affected. <br />Liaison with other Supplier facilities on Seating Programmes. <br />Checking Documentation / Drawings prior to submission for approval. <br /> <br />Any other reasonable duties: <br /> <br />Ability to create engineering drawings, models and assemblies to recognised industry standards. <br />Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings presented in various different styles and formats. <br />Engineering background in a design office environment and be familiar with 3D software packages. <br />Experience of Mechanical drawings / models and layouts. <br />Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. <br />Experience of Electrical drawings, models, and layouts. <br />Experience within the Aerospace industry. <br />Familiarity with Boeing and Airbus working practices. <br />Familiarity with working in a Project Management environment and/or with standard Project/Programme management tools and practices. <br /> <br />This role reports into the Engineering Manager within the Seating Aftermarket Business. <br />
