About this role

<p><strong>Plant and system engineers</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Definition of concepts</li> <li>Design and specification of required system components</li> <li>Technical support during the construction phase</li> <li>System testing</li> <li>Technical support during the warranty processing</li> <li>Self-negotiation and technical consultation with customers, suppliers and classification societies</li> <li>Related to this is the consideration of existing interfaces that are necessary to integrate the system in the process flow, such as the ship automation, pipeline engineering, energy, drive and maneuvering.</li> </ul> <p>We expect:</p> <ul> <li>Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of mechanical engineering, process engineering, supply engineering, marine engineering, Energie-/Wärmetechnik</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding and plant engineering</li> <li>Fluency in English</li> <li>Communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently, as well as flexibility and resilience and preparedness.</li> </ul> <p>Start Date: As soon as possible</p> <p>Duration: Long term (12months+)</p> <p>Location: West Germany (Near Emden)</p>
