McGinley Aviation supports some of the world's best known international, regional and low-cost airlines as well as business jet charter operations.</p><p>We are currently expanding our Cabin Crew and Ground Services Recruitment Team and are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant that can bring their previous aviation experience to the team.</p><p>You must be sales driven and prepared to bring in new business, if you have previous business to business (B2B) sales this would be a distinct advantage. You will be target driven to succeed and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will also be confident, energetic and have good commercial awareness along with excellent organisational and presentation skills. Most importantly you should be flexible and willing to learn.</p><p>This is a full 360 role identifying new business opportunities, winning accounts and managing these effectively by delivering high service standards and quality recruited individuals. It can be demanding and diverse and involves:</p><ul><li>Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business from client companies</li><li>advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, eg: websites, trade magazines and social media</li><li>build strong relationships with candidates and clients</li><li>using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy</li><li>requesting references and checking the suitability of candidates</li><li>briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question</li><li>organising interviews for candidates and informing them of the results</li><li>Working towards targets to achieve personal and company goals</li></ul><p>Essential Skills &amp; Attributes</p><ul><li>Outstanding communication skills</li><li>Good general knowledge of the Aviation industry</li><li>Genuine passion for customer service</li><li>Sales ability</li><li>Time management and multi-tasking</li><li>Able to work without supervision, independently as well as in a team</li><li>Computer literate with Microsoft software programs including MS Office, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Full clean UK driving licence</li></ul><p>Desired skills</p><ul><li>Database/CRM experience</li><li>Recruitment experience</li><li>Foreign Language skills</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to enter the recruitment industry and build a fantastic career.
