<p align="center"><strong>Mechanical Engineer(s) (m/f)</strong></p> <p><strong>For our costumer in the wind energy industry we are looking for a suitable candidate with the following skills:</strong></p> <p><strong>Main tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>System responsibility for mechanical systems and components like hydraulic system, brakes, couplings, drives, bearings, steel assemblies etc.</strong></li> <li><strong>Creating of large 3D assemblies and if required 2D manufacturing drawings with Solid Edge</strong></li> <li><strong>Generation and check of BOM and manufacturing documentation.</strong></li> <li><strong>Verification of supplier calculation, drawing, documentation and load calculation</strong></li> <li><strong>Specification of functional safety for system according ISO 13849</strong></li> <li><strong>Support of production and service in case of questions related to the system responsibilities</strong></li> <li><strong>Simplifying and transferring given 3D-Models from Solid Edge to the FE-Tool (Ansys Classic, Annsys workbench or Hypermesh)</strong></li> <li><strong>Generating mechanical FE-Models</strong></li> <li><strong>Conforming and refining the mesh to the type of stress, stress gradient or the area of interests, checking results, generally extreme and fatigue analysis has to be divided</strong></li> <li><strong>Verification of strength durability considering standards and guidelines (FKM, IIW, GL)</strong></li> <li><strong>Preparing of documentation for certifying turbines</strong></li> <li><strong>Tower calculations</strong></li> <li><strong>Test and commissioning of WTG worldwide</strong></li> <li><strong>Support for field technicians worldwide</strong></li> <li><strong>Production control and survey of WTG components manufacturers (QA/QC)</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>B.
