<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/c2ltb25wLjczOTE5LjQyNEBhZXJvcGVvcGxlLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif" /><br /><p>Our customer leads the field in the manufacture of aerospace equipment & systems on board commercial, regional & business aircraft.<br /><br />They are seeking to appoint the services of an experienced Trimmer to join their operation based in Surrey.<br /><br />Role Purpose: <br />To apply a wide variety of decorative finishes to modules, furnishing units, composite sub assemblies and detail components. To achieve a high quality finish on various substrate including tedlar, leather, aluminium, composites and polycarbonate.<br /><br />Key Authorities and Responsibilities:<br />? Apply all decorative finishes to various products. <br />? Masking to drawing requirements to ensure that correct finish is achieved and decorative Components are protected from contamination.<br />? Must be able to prepare composite components to an acceptable pre- Trim standard.<br />? Maintaining spray equipment.<br />? Correct use of PPE including Air fed breathing apparatus.<br />? Organising workload to achieve output with minimal supervision.<br />? Must be able to work from Technical documents and work instructions.<br /><br />Preferred Experience and Qualifications:<br />? Ideally will have served a recognised apprenticeship in Decorative application, or have substantial work experience in a similar environment.<br />?
