<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/bHVrZWYuNTk1NDkuNDI0QGFlcm9wZW9wbGUuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif" /><br /><p>Quality Engineer - UAE - F16 Airframe &amp; Propulsion</p><p>Aircraft Type - F16 Airframe &amp; Propulsion</p><p>12 Month Contract - Full Expat Package Supplied</p><p>Our prestigious client is at the forefront of military MRO services, adopting innovative processes and technologies that position the company as a global leader in military MRO and deliver against the specific requirements various nations military equipment.<br />Our client delivers innovative MRO solutions to ensure the highest level of aircraft readiness, fleet deployability and outstanding safety for military operators.<br />Due to a period of growth they are seeking to appoint the services of additional Quality Engineers over several key platforms at various locations based in the UAE.<br />Quality Management Systems<br />Our client are a AS 9110 driven "World Class" maintenance organisation, aggressively pursuing the industry standard in Quality and Aerospace maintenance utilising a robust Quality Management System that incorporates global best practices.<br />Safety Management Systems<br />It's Quality Assurance Department has several on-going initiatives in process optimisation, environmental improvements, and operational health and safety audits, all in an effort to promote world-class quality and safety across our entire work-force and operations.<br />Job Requirements</p><p>Provide oversight of all aspects of product quality relating to assigned programs including: inspection methods, data collection, data analysis, non-conforming material dispositions, and product/ process quality assurance.</p><p>* Investigate and produce corrective actions meeting on-time submittal and acceptable quality standards for root cause analysis and preventative action effectiveness.<br />* Ensure on-time implementation of corrective actions and verification of preventative action effectiveness.<br />* Support Supplier Quality Engineering and perform source inspections, process audits and implementation of supplier development plans on an as-needed basis. <br />* Gather and report results from weekly and monthly quality metrics for all assigned programs.<br />* Perform continuous improvement activities to improve departmental and/or program capability in areas of inspection, cost of quality, quantitative process control or general process efficiency.</p><p>Major Job Responsibilities</p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, related technical degree or equivalent experience.</p><p>Ten or more years in Aerospace maintenance or Quality department with 3 or more years on type - F16 Airframe &amp; Propulsion.</p><p>Quality experience in a aerospace maintenance</p><p>Prior experience with the deployment and management of a Quality Management System.</p><p>Familiarity and working knowledge of the ISO 9001 and AS9110 standard.</p><p>Strength in planning, time management, and organisation.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>If you would like to be considered for this position please forward your CV </p>
