About this role
<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p>To provide station support within designated region with a view to achieving On-Time-Performance and customer service standards, also ensuring optimum lift of commercial load and that all ground handling activities are carried out in a cost effective, efficient and safe manner. Manage the implementation of Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements with Ground Handling Agents and other service providers, making sure Emirates contracted service levels are achieved. The job involves implementation and monitoring of the strategies formulated by the Regional Manager Airport Services. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>12 years schooling or equivalent.</li> <li>8 years Airport Services Experience.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The Job Holder must be a seasoned professional with detailed knowledge of Passenger Services, Ground Operations, Load Control, Departure Control Systems, Reservations and Baggage Tracing. In addition, an understanding of Flight Operations, Cargo operations, mishandled baggage practices and hardware/software/protocols related to airport systems will be required.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The job incumbent will be recognized as a Company specialist in various disciplines within the environment of Airport services. Must have an understanding of and previous experience in the negotiation and drafting of IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreements. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work experience with airport services projects is required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits:</strong></p> <p>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE.
