<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Plan and manage the timeline deliverables and technical aspects for a series of End of Lease (EOL) projects. Ensure all technical audits are accomplished; issues and queries are captured; completed and agreed with a solution that supports the EOL commercial plan. Ensure that all technical issues identified in the pre planning process for EOL projects are resolved with the internal and external stakeholders and that there are no open technical issues at the end of the maintenance input that could compromise the technical acceptance of the aircraft. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Outline:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage the EOL interfaces and deliverables of EK Engineering support and production departments. Provide technical solutions and actions plans to ensure the successful EOL process. Manage the technical actions and responses from the EK Engineering business; ensuring that all sections are provided with a technical overview. Manage and control the key EOL project deliverables for Airframe and Power plant projects. Manage the EK Engineering process for the definition; creation and scoping of the EOL work content in line with the contractual return conditions. Review and estimatate all additional work requests from the Lessor. Approve the modifications and component changes to be included in the work package. Lead the EOL projects across EK Engineering business ensuring that each department involved is responsible in delivering according to defined process and project timelines. Ensure that all component return conditions are identified by concerned stakeholders and that the candidate spares process is being followed. Ensure that all EOL project technical reviews are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Also ensure that all findings from the technical audits are addressed; closed and measured in line with the defined EOL process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Engineering.Other : 8+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Degree in Aeronautical engineering Experience in project management of aircraft EOL processes. Knowledge/skills: Fully conversant with aircraft/power plant systems and components. Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance/ engineering functions; aircraft regulatory requirements; maintenance documentation; and related computer systems. Fully conversant with EOL processes and lessor interactions.
