Embraer seeks a qualified candidate to begin a journey with us in the position below.</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong><br /> Embraer is seeking to recruit a Promotion &amp; Events Analyst for our Commercial Aviation Marketing team.<br /> Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will maximize the potential impact of commercial aircraft sales campaigns within the EMEA region.</p> <p>Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <p>*Mapping/planning strategic promotion &amp; operational marketing campaigns activation/management to ensure commercial aircraft sales<br /> *Designing &amp; deploying bespoke promotional strategy to support aircraft sales campaigns &amp; products launch<br /> *Optimizing brand penetration through marketing actions set up to tackle markets, customers and media expectations<br /> *Achieving results through implementation of key communications tools: digital social media, CRM/CSR Airlines promotion support, Premium promotional items merchandizing/purchasing&nbsp;<br /> *Responsible for the advertising strategy, media planning, brand advertising, Press Watch intelligence, marketing collateral<br /> *High end events orchestration: exclusive functions, air shows, aircraft demos, conference sponsorships<br /> *Negotiating charter contracts &amp; coordinating demos with all airports actors<br /> *Brand guardianship: sourcing &amp; selecting strategic &amp; prestige luxury venues<br /> * Building &amp; monitoring marketing promotional budget/ROI</p> <p>The position will offer the individual a great opportunity to join one of the world’s leading OEM’s with strong career prospects. It will allow the individual to enhance and strengthen their existing skills within a highly professional and experienced team.<br /> The position is based in Amsterdam and will require extensive traveling.<br /> <br /> <strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong><br /> We are looking for a professional with proven experience in promotion &amp; events, experience in B2B sales would be a plus. The individual should be personable, open minded and strong on presentation skills to work in a multi-cultural environment often to very short deadlines.<br /> A Degree in Marketing, Aviation, Business Administration or equivalent with strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.
