<p><strong>Program Support Officer (PSO) NH90 Program Customer Support </strong><br /> In the aerospace industry<br /> Location: Netherlands<br /> <br /> <strong>NHI NH90 project.</strong> Nato Helicopter Industries (NHI) is an international<br /> joint venture between Client, Eurocopter and AgustaWestland, which was set to a<br /> medium size helicopter (NH-90) to in-house development and manufacture. This<br /> helicopter is designed for 4 European countries (Italy, Germany, France and the<br /> Netherlands). The helicopter is also sold to other countries like Sweden,<br /> Finland and Oman. As a Program Support Officer for Customer Support Department, you<br /> will work in a small team to support the operational helicopters.<br /> <strong>Job requirements.</strong>• HBD work-thinking level<br /> • Working both independently and in a team<br /> • Good communication skills • Knowledge of planning<br /> • Knowledge of supply chain management & control<br /> • Knowledge of project work<br /> • Knowledge of and experience with SAP / BaaN<br /> • Affinity with finances<br /> • Affinity Product Support<br /> • Fluency in English and preferably Dutch, spoken and written.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Proceedings</strong><br /> • Monitoring & Control of program costs, proactively identifying anomalies and taking actions to remove them.<br /> • Establish planning and lead to internal organization<br /> • Establish and communicate status reports<br /> • Monitoring & Control of supply chain, and to improve these</p> <p>• Support figure of engineering changes<br /> • Active participation in improvement projects<br /> • Reporting to the Customer Support Business & Contracts Manager NH90<br /> <strong>Special features:</strong><br /> As a PSO you get every opportunity to build your career and your personal development.<br /> <br /> <strong>Apply:</strong> Comments and CV can be submitted to the GATE Europe, to the attention of Ton van den Berg<br /> <br /> </p>
