B1 and or B2 Global Express/Challenger 300 TR Licensed Engineers

<p>Zenon is pleased to be supporting a well-known corporate maintenance organisation in South UK with their recruitment of B1 and or B2 Global Express/Challenger 300 TR Licensed Engineers for permanent positions.</p> <p>Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for performing certifying maintenance activity on allocated aircraft check(s) inputs, supporting the Check Leader(s) with delivering ‘world class’ standards in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery. Maintaining the highest standards in terms of aircraft presentation, hangar husbandry and personal appearance in line with industry expectations for this client.</p> <p>Key responsibilities &amp; accountabilities:</p> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Part of Production Team responsible for supporting the delivery of aircraft check inputs (whether casualty or scheduled)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Capable of assuming Check Leader responsibilities if business requires for individual inputs or absences<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;On individual base maintenance inputs, responsible for;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Man-hour recording accuracy and timeliness<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;On time delivery<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Materials management, e.g. requisitions, core returns etc.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Completion and certification of maintenance documentation, including the appropriate ‘staging’ of complex tasks and duplicate inspections, as required<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Aircraft presentation ( external and internal)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;As required, instigate appropriate actions for formal Occurrence Reporting<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;As required, instigate appropriate actions for Non-Conformance Reporting<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure Personal training records are kept up-to-date (in conjunction with Quality &amp; Training) and that aircraft type approvals are processed in a timely manner<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;To deliver strategic projects as defined by the Maintenance Manager<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures personal presentation is with Customers’ expectations including the obligations of working on an Airfield, and the appropriate use of PPE<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Adhere to, and promote the safety and quality policy specified in the MOE<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Support Check Leaders in running Base Maintenance Checks<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Support the Maintenance Manager in the production, development and currency of all relevant MOE maintenance procedures and adherence to regulatory requirements<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Deliver the highest standards for Cabin appearance and presentation to the Customer<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures that a full awareness and understanding of responsibilities under the Company's emergency response plan is maintained.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Adheres to the Company's Environmental Health and Safety policy<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures that work place cleanliness is maintained at the highest standard<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Mentors &amp; coaches Mechanics, Trainee Mechanics and Apprentices’ as required</p> <p>If you are interested in joining this market leader with a fantastic company brand and true global footprint please forward your CV to kevin.small@zenon.aero</p> <p>Zenon Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in regards to this vacancy.</p>
