<p>Support the Safety Management System that monitors and ensures that GCAA has a comprehensive quality assurance and safety management program in line with the ANS strategic goals and GCAA Audit, Risk Management and Quality guidelines.</p> <p>Assist in developing the implementation of an effective and comprehensive Safety Training Program to ensure all staff is safety trained for the required level.</p> <p>Assist in developing the implementation of an effective and comprehensive Safety Promotion program to ensure dissemination of safety related feedback to all staff.</p> <p>Support the review and maintenance of the SMS Manual as well as supporting procedures.</p> <p>Assist in organising and documenting the activities of the ANS Safety Management Review Board, the ANS Safety Action Group and the</p> <p>Safety Committees for which the ANS Safety Manager shall act as secretary.</p> <p>Support development, implementation and reporting of the ANS Operational Plan in line with GCAA strategic objectives.</p> <p>Support interaction with all ANS departments and sections to collect evidence for reporting on the ANS Operational Plan</p> <p>Support ANS participation in GCAA corporate driven initiative to measure and continual improve customer satisfaction of key ANS stakeholders.</p> <p>Support ANS participation of GCAA corporate driven initiative to thrive for excellence under the SKGEP.</p> <p>Assist in the review, assessment and update ANS policies, procedures and operation manuals to ensure compliance to required Quality and Safety Standards / guidelines.</p> <p>Support the creation of technical inspection policies and procedures to ensure consistency in programs implementation.</p> <p>Assist in the development and maintenance of Crisis Management Committee (CMC) Policy and related Emergency Response Plan and Contingency Plan.</p> <p>Participate in regular safety audit programs and internal safety audit program in conjunction with ANA and taking corrective actions as required.</p> <p>Participate in the development and maintenance of effective business relationships with all relevant external/internal entities such as Government Regulatory Authorities, Service providers, all departments and customers with highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.</p> <p>Assist in the stimulation of subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.</p> <p>Assist in ensuring compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.</p> <p>Support preparation of timely and accurate reports of GCAA to meet authority and department requirements, policies and standards.</p> <p>Assist in preparation of SMS safety investigation reports on ad-hoc basis as requested.</p> <p>Assist in preparation of internal survey reports on ad-hoc basis as requested.</p>
