<p><strong>AeroProfessional are pleased to announce that on behalf of our client, an International Business Jet Company, are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Charter Sales team.</strong></p> <p><strong>Independent planning, calculating and selling of tailor-made transportation on clients managed charter-aircrafts (as an operator) or suitable third-party charter-aircrafts (as a broker) to customers such as air brokers, operators, direct customers and companies.</strong></p> <p>Your Key Responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Determine financial considerations (prepares paperwork to be given to accounting department for credit or debit to be issued and checks with financial department concerning credit status of customer when rush orders are received).</li> <li>Liaise with Administrative Assistant and other departments to ensure smooth operational sequence.</li> <li>Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.</li> <li>Analyse business developments and monitor market trends, reporting to the Charter Sales Manager;</li> <li>Any ad hoc projects and tasks as required by your line Manager.</li> <li>Meet monthly GP and revenue targets;</li> <li>Listen to customer requirements and quote appropriately to make a sale;</li> <li>Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails;</li> <li>Respond promptly to incoming email and phone enquiries;</li> <li>Follow up on quotations sent, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales;</li> <li>Identify, call and arrange meetings with new potential customers to prospect for new business and report weekly activities to the Charter Sales Manager;</li> <li>Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events;</li> <li>Challenge any objections with the view of getting the customer to buy; i.e. owners refusal, KAM refusal to request owner’s release, pilot trip refusal</li> <li>Gain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements;</li> <li>Record all quotations in Flightware, record individual charter bookings and monitor sales efforts aiming to meet or exceed targets;</li> <li>Attend team meetings and share best practises with colleagues.</li> </ul> <p>To apply for this role you will need:</p> <ul> <li>experience of working in sales</li> <li>experience of working in Business Aviation</li> <li>the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently</li> <li>strong customer service and communication skills </li> </ul> <p>This is position is Direct Hire</p>
