<p><strong><u>Human Resources Manager.</u></strong></p> <p><strong>12 month renewable contract.&nbsp; Full or Part Time.</strong></p> <p><strong>Work from home with travel to client sites.</strong></p> <p><strong>Negotiable salary.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Immediate Start.</strong></p> <p>Brookfield Aviation International is a world leader in the provision of flight crew and aviation personnel.</p> <p>We require a H.R. professional to join our organisation on a flexible-time basis.&nbsp; This highly autonomous position requires interviewing a range of aviation related personnel, in particular pilots and engineers, for new contracts as well as attending planning and disciplinary meetings.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have a background in H.R. management, preferably from an airline or aviation company and have a relevant professional qualification.</p> <p>It will be possible to fulfil this role working from home (anywhere in UK or Ireland) or from our head office in Surrey if preferred. There will be some European travel for meetings, otherwise there is a great deal of flexibility with working times.</p> <p>The position would suit anybody with the right experience and qualifications who is looking an interesting career move or who would like to persue seeking a rewarding opportunity that can be persued alongside some other business or personal interest.</p>
