<p>Aufgabenprofil:</p> <ul> <li>Führen eines „Project Management Office“ (PMO) als administrative Tätigkeit. Mehrere Projekte sollen auf die Dienstleistung dieses PMO zurückgreifen.</li> <li>Das PMO<br /> - koordiniert Review Board Termine,<br /> - bereitet Review Boards (auch technisch über Video Konferenz) vor<br /> - Schreibt Review Board Protokolle<br /> - hält Open Item Listen nach</li> <li>Zusätzlich soll eine Unterstützung als Assistenz für Projektleiter geleistet werden und hier z.B. Präsentationsfolien erstellt werden</li> </ul> <p>Anforderungsprofil</p> <ul> <li>abgeschlossenes Studium</li> <li>eigenständiges und selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten</li> <li>flexibel</li> <li>strukturiert und belastbar</li> <li>englische Sprache, vor allem schriftlich</li> <li>MS Office (Word, Excel und Powerpoint)</li> <li>Gute Outlook Kenntnisse</li> <li>Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement</li> </ul>
