Third Country Operators (TCO) Authorizations Officer (f/m)

<p>For our customer in the&nbsp;aerospace industry we are looking for&nbsp;a suitable candidate&nbsp;on the base&nbsp;fulltime (AÜG)&nbsp;for the location&nbsp;Cologne, Germany starting&nbsp;as soon as possible&nbsp;with the following skills:<br /> <br /> <strong>Third Country Operators (TCO) Authorizations Officer</strong> <strong>(f/m)</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Ref. 2015_076</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring the efficient handling of applications from operators requesting authorizations and gathering relevant information from various sources</li> <li>Coordinating, preparing of and participating in consultation meetings with TCO applicants and on-site TCO audits</li> <li>Compiling files containing pertinent information for each assigned TCO file for evaluation and decision by an authorization project team</li> <li>Providing the TCO Section with technical expertise in one or more of the relevant aviation operational discipline(s)</li> <li>Assessing compliance against applicable international (ICAO) standards and evaluating root-cause analyses, corrective action plans and implementation reports</li> <li>Assuming additional specific and supporting tasks within the Section, as agreed with the Section Manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma and appropriate professional experience of at least one year</li> <li>Knowledge of one or more of the ICAO Annex(es) relevant to that aviation operational discipline(s)7, i.e. Annexes 1 (Personnel Licencing), 6 (Air Operations), 8 (Airworthiness), 18 (Dangerous Goods) and 19 (Safety Management), as demonstrated by professional experience and/or training</li> </ul> <p>Good command of both written and spoken English</p>
