<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/bHVrZWYuOTE0MjQuNDI0QGFlcm9wZW9wbGUuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif" /><br /><p><strong>Fleet Power Plant Manager - UAE</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>GENERAL DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Fleet Power Plant Manager position is responsible for the management of our clients Fleet by planning and directing the utilisation and repair activities to ensure safe and efficient processes in power plant maintenance & servicing to meet operational demands. The successful candidate will be responsible to select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the accomplishment of the Company's goals & objectives and to grow internal certification capabilities. Also, the FPM will have responsibility for scheduling and planning and will have the opportunity to improve those functions. The planner is a person who must be able to have the foresight to accurately predict aircraft servicing levels so the senior supervisors can ensure there is a well balance maintenance program and no interruption in the flying program.</p><p>Accountable and responsible for communicating business goals I programs I processes within the Engineering department; interfacing with Quality, Flight Operations and Management to support on-time performance standards; take necessary corrective actions resulting from quality audits and provide assistance with regards to hybrid trouble shooting and recurrent technical problems. This role will be responsible for building relationships with the General Civil Aviation Authority representatives, Engine manufacturers, as well as various levels of Company management.</p><p>Other duties will include managing:</p><br /><li>Prioritising of work requirements based on maintaining aircraft in serviceable condition to ensure safe on-time performance of the Company fleet</li><li>The highest possible technical standards while assessing multiple factors surrounding aircraft serviceability</li><br /><p> <strong> Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Workshop:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Ensuring Timely Dispatch of Repairable Units.</li><li>Quarantine Goods Received Note Clearance.</li><li>Confirmation of Robbery Action vs Actual Stock.</li><li>Confirmation of Inhibiting/Preservation Post Robbery.</li><li>Optimization of Stock Commonality.</li><li>Min/Max & Alternates.</li></ul><ul><li>Pre Induction Notice Compilation for Pratt &Whitney Canada I Repair/Overhaul. <ul><li>Initial Cost Estimate Revision by Stock Optimization/Consolidation.</li><li>Cost estimate Queries/Technical Approval.</li><li>Follow Up Eagle Service Plan (ESP) or Fleet Management Program (FMP) Queries/Claims/Submission.</li><li>Back Order Approval.</li><li>Appropriate Work scope Determination for Repairable Units.</li></ul></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Fleet:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Assist Police customers as requested, including onsite.</li><li>P&WC PT6-67C ESP Management <ul><li>Power Assurance Assimilation for Web Engine Condition Trend Monitoring Upload.</li><li>Alert Co-ordination/Forwarding.</li><li>Pratt &Whitney Canada - Customer First Centre Liaison</li><li>Pratt &Whitney Canada -Field Service Representative Liaison</li><li>Client Liaison.</li><li>CAMP Dedicated Analysis Centre Liaison.</li><li>Pratt &Whitney Canada- Mobile Repair Team Liaison.</li><li>Insurance Claim Data assimilation as tasked.</li><li>Bulletin Control Completion and Monitoring in support of the CAMO.</li><li>Contractual Assistance.</li><li>Delivery Acceptance.</li><li>Engineering Services Assistance (Service Bulletins review).</li><li>Benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.</li></ul></li></ul><p> </p><br /><li>Promotes technical excellence within own section and supports groups through technical review participation, lessons learned awareness and application, and technical growth fostering.</li><li>Establishes and maintains relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved.</li><li>Establish I modify I monitor overall engineering program requirements, timing, and resources of own section and support groups to meet I exceed business objectives and goals.</li><li>Effectively communicate technical and financial aspects of section activities vertically and horizontally in the organization. <br /><li>Ensure positive actions are taken to encourage growth, technical development, and improved interpersonal skills.</li><br /></li><li>Implement initiatives to continuously improve the responsiveness of the section I organization to customer I business needs. <br /><li>Ensure compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented.</li><br /></li><br /><p> </p><p><strong>WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Approximately 15+ years of engineering experience, with growing responsibilities into a leadership role.</li><li>Hold valid and current General Civil Aviation Authority recognized international license.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective problem solving abilities</li><li>Able to interface effectively with all levels of organization and external customers</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable Attributes:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Flexibility/change management</li><li>Financial Planning/Budgeting Strategic planning</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Applicable aviation related qualifications to meet the requirements</li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Microsoft office trained</li><li>Capable of using email service.</li><li>Be able to communicate in both written and spoken English.</li><li>Acceptable CAR M & CAR 145 Training.</li></ul><p> </p><p>If you would like to be considered for this position please forward your CV </p>
