Product Assurance Manager

<p>As part of our clients current growth strategy we have been asked to source a Product Assurance Manager on a permanent basis for their MRO facilities based in Essex.</p> <p>This fantastic opportunity will enable the successful candidate to progress their career with a well-established and forward thinking company within its own sector.</p> <p>As the Product Assurance Manager you will be required to ensure that all internal and external customer satisfaction, compliance with approvals and standards requirements, and promotion of continual improvement are adhered too and promoted throughout the business.</p> <p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</p> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Managing the MRB system<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Investigating root cause of customer returns and initiating relevant corrective/preventive actions.&nbsp;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Investigating root cause of customer complaints and initiating relevant corrective / preventive actions.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develop probability and statistical concepts for troubleshooting product failures. Producing the required data and charts<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Attending meeting on and off site with customers&nbsp;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintaining effective communication with team members, customers and suppliers to facilitate problem identification and resolution in timely manner<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Implementing continual improvement initiatives<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Acting as principal arbiter on technical issues<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Liaising with customers/suppliers on quality and technical queries.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting in internal audits.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform gap analysis to specifications and standards<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Acting as an advisor and assistant to the Group Quality Manager and to other senior management within the group.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Undertaking special projects, as directed by the Group Quality Manager.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Correct understanding and interpretation of design details<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good knowledge of AS9100 Rev C and EASA Part 21G<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Use of PC and related programmes&nbsp;</p> <p>If the above opportunity is of interest to you please forward your CV to kevin.small@zenon.aero, please be advised that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.</p> <p>Zenon Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency with regards to this position.</p>
