Service Desk Assistant

<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry industry we are looking for a suitable candidate on the base fulltime (AÜG; 2 months- final end date tbc) for the location Cologne, Germany starting in November 2015 with the following skills:</p> <p><br /> Service Desk Assistant (f/m) Ref. 2015_101</p> <p><br /> Your responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting end-user devices as needed</li> <li>Building and configuring end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets), supporting users via remote assistance as needed,</li> <li>User account migration and other tasks</li> <li>Setting-up IT equipment for external conferences and hardware for newcomers</li> <li>Supporting users via Remote assistance</li> <li>Ticket assignment with regards to the defined SLAs</li> <li>Server Administration tasks: Server Administration Tools (AD Management, creating user accounts, user access permissions)</li> <li>Microsoft Terminal server administration and Microsoft SCCM administration</li> <li>Microsoft Exchange server administration: creating and managing mailboxes</li> <li>Configuring telephone devices via Cisco Unified CM Administration</li> <li>Authoring Knowledge Base articles and documenting build and administration instructions</li> <li>Configuration of Desk-phones via the Cisco Call Manager</li> <li>Creation of Cisco Jabber profiles</li> <li>Whitelisting mobile devices in order to access EASAGUEST Wi-Fi and to synchronize EASA mailbox</li> <li>Adjusting access rights on our fileserver</li> <li>Videoconference support for WebEx and IP based videoconference systems</li> </ul> <p>Your skills:</p> <ul> <li>Good command of both written and spoken English</li> <li>Ability to analyze and diagnose problems quickly to come up with a workable solution within prescribed standards</li> <li>Considerable practical knowledge of the most current released version of MS Office (2010/2013) and Microsoft Windows 7</li> <li>Friendly disposition and good customer service skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
