<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry industry we are looking for a suitable candidate on the base fulltime (AÜG; 6 months- opportunity of extension) for the location Cologne, Germany starting in December 2015 with the following skills:</p> <p><br /> Administrative Assistant (f/m) Ref. 2015_100</p> <p><br /> Your responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>To act as the Department’s Training Coordinator</li> <li>To assist the chairperson in preparing the respective meetings (e.g. room booking, agenda drafting)</li> <li>To act as Functional Administrator in a back-up role for the IMF sites in relation to the department’s processes</li> <li>To perform various duties in the field of general management, as requested by the Deputy Strategy and Safety</li> <li>Management Director/Head of Safety Intelligence & Performance Department</li> <li>Act as Functional Administrator for the Research IMF site</li> <li>Take care of the Research Team Action List and the necessary follow-ups</li> <li>Monitor the progress and financial aspects of research projects</li> <li>Draft the Research Team’s contribution to planning and reporting enquiries at department/directorate and/or Agency</li> <li>level (e.g. SM.1 weekly report, Agency’s Work Programme, Business Plan, Annual General Report)</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of research related events, workshops with external stakeholders</li> <li>Act as the Research Focal Point for the Finance & Procurement Department and Communication Department</li> <li>Perform duties, as requested by the Innovation and Research Programme Manager</li> </ul> <p>Your skills:</p> <ul> <li>Good understanding of the mission and tasks of the Agency,</li> <li>Good command of spoken and written English,</li> <li>Good understanding of the needs of an EU organisation, combining the respect of specific rules and effectiveness,</li> <li>Systematic and organised method, with highly developed analytical skills,</li> <li>Realistic and practical approach in minimising efforts in executing tasks, while delivering inputs of added value in a timely manner,</li> <li>Taking initiative for process improvement,</li> <li>Ability for multitasking and working without or with minimum supervision,</li> </ul>
