<p>CAE Parc Aviation is the global leader in the provision of recruitment and technical services to the aviation industry.&nbsp; Operating in over 40 countries worldwide we support airlines, OEMs and the leasing community from our seven international offices.&nbsp; With over 100 permanent staff and 1,300 contractors working with us at any one time we support household names and you will be working with aviation leaders on a global scale.&nbsp;</p><p>As part of the CAE Group you will be joining a team of highly experienced aviation experts who are the global leaders in aviation training, technical services, recruitment and simulation offering and insight into the global aviation market.</p><p>If you want to expand your aviation horizons, travel and work on diverse and exciting projects on a global scale read on.</p><p><strong><u>The Role:</u></strong></p><p>In order to facilitate our continued growth we are hiring Design Engineers.&nbsp; Reporting to the Head of Design you will be working with our leasing and airlines customers on a global basis producing engineering modification designs and supporting documents.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>As an EASA Part 21 approve organisation you will also be responsible for ensuring that designs and documentation comply with all applicable airworthiness and environmental protection requirements.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Production of EASA Part 21 design documentation and ensuring airworthiness through:&nbsp;</p><ul> <li> <p>Compilation of design documentation including accomplishment instructions, drawings, compliance reports and instructions for continued airworthiness.&nbsp;</p></li></ul> <ul> <li> <p>Liaison with Compliance Verification Engineers in support of the showing of compliance for the applicable airworthiness and environmental protection requirements.&nbsp;</p></li></ul> <ul> <li> <p>Project management of design changes and coordination with customers to meet their required configuration, regulatory and timeline needs</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p></li></ul> <ul> <li> <p>Technical Degree (B.Eng, B.Sc), or EASA Part 66 qualification/ Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence or equivalent.</p><p><strong><u>Skills &amp; Experience:</u></strong></p></li></ul> <ul> <li> <p>You will have a minimum of 12 months industry experience.</p></li><li> <p>Ideally you will have previous Part 21,Tech Services, Part 66 experience.</p></li><li> <p>Ability to work well with all members of the team.</p></li><li> <p>Effective communication skills and the ability to develop and guide processes through to closure.</p></li><li> <p>Demonstrated advanced skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software).</p></li><li> <p>Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with multiple priorities and meet required deadlines.</p></li><li> <p>Demonstrate an ability to understand the regulatory structures and the application of the appropriate regulations for design services.</p></li><li> <p>If you meet the above requirements and would like to apply for this position, please email CV and supporting letter to Fiona Reddy at <a href="mailto:fiona.reddy@cae.com" rel="no-follow">fiona.reddy@cae.com</a></p></li><li> <p>Demonstrate an ability to understand aircraft systems and the ability to change systems in order to meet design requirements.</p></li></ul>
