About this role
<p>We have been commissioned to source a Safety Risk Manager on a permanent basis for our clients operation in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This position sits within the Corporate Safety and Compliance department which functions independent from, but in support of, the Airlines operations departments.</p> <p>General Responsibilities:</p> <p>• Managing a team of specialists to implement company strategy related to SMS performance monitoring through effective and efficient programmes, processes and procedures, <br /> • Manage the safety and compliance analysis program including:<br /> • Manage SMS Database functioning, including synergizing information from safety reports, audit results, FDM programme and investigations,<br /> • Conduct analysis, including statistical, in cooperation with line and other safety managers to accurately determine areas of safety and compliance risk,<br /> • Verification of effective risk mitigation programmes,<br /> • Manage Safety Reports and Investigation administration to ensure standardized product provided by functional Safety and Compliance Managers’ while providing a database that allows effective mitigation of identified hazards<br /> • Direct management of company safety promotion and SMS training and education, </p> <p>This position offers a competitive salary.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>• Proven track record of managing safety or QA/compliance programmes in a commercial aviation environment<br /> • Qualifications (formal training) in safety and/or compliance monitoring programmes,<br /> • Extensive knowledge of Safety Investigation, Auditing and Human Factors qualification and practical application,<br /> • Due to In-Country VISA Requirements Candidates must have a University degree </p> <p>If the above opportunity is of interest to you please forward your CV to kevin.small@zenon.aero</p> <p>Zenon Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in regards to this vacancy.</p>
