<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/am9obnMuNTQzMTMuNDI0QGFlcm9wZW9wbGUuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif" rel="no-follow" /><br /><p><strong>Fixed Wing Flight Test Engineer </strong><br /><strong> Category - Engineering </strong><br /><strong> Location - Cambridge, United Kingdom </strong><br /><strong> Type - Permanent </strong><br /><strong> Status - Full Time</strong> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Vacancy Details</strong> <br /> As part of its ongoing development our client has a requirement to recruit a Flight Test Engineer (FTE) to join its Flight Test Team, based at Cambridge International Airport.</p><p><br /> The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and reporting all aspects of any assigned flight test campaign being undertaken by the Company, as tasked by the Head of Flight Test Engineering.</p><ul><li><br /> The successful candidate will be capable of delivering a high complexity flight test campaign of an experimental, developmental or certification nature and will lead a team of other Test professionals, plus engineering, design and support staff to deliver the task. </li><li>The applicant must meet EASA Lead FTE requirements by either being a graduate of one of the 4 recognised Test Pilot Schools or by EASA acceptable alternative means of compliance.</li><li>The applicant must have previous, demonstrable experience in military or civil flight test and be able to hold a UK CAA Class 2 Aviation Medical.</li><li>The candidate must be capable of holding UK SECRET level security clearance</li><li>It is highly desirable that the applicant has a degree in aeronautical/mechanical engineering or a related science degree.</li><li>It is also highly desirable that the applicant have knowledge and practical experience of risk management within an air safety management system.</li></ul><p> </p><p>A highly competitive remuneration package is offered for the right candidate <br /> <br /> <strong>About Aeropeople</strong> <br /> Aeropeople are a leading dedicated Aerospace and Autosport technical services provider specialising in the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff.
