Crew Scheduling Manager (Leasing)

<p>Zenon have been commissioned by one of the UK’s most successful operations to source a Crew Scheduling Manager for their facility in the UK. The primary purpose of the position is to co-ordinate all matters relating to roster planning, production, maintenance and record keeping.</p> <p>Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures that the aircrew comply with relevant legislation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support Leasing with schedule and pattern planning for current customers, charter operations and new opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure that Leasing crewing requirements are built into crew rosters.</li> </ul> <p>Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of EASA Ops Flight Time Limitations.</li> <li>Charter/Commercial airline experience in a crew scheduling role.</li> <li>Possess problem solving and decision making skills.</li> <li>Previous experience with a crew scheduling system</li> <li>Proven attention to detail, methodical and planning ability.</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the customer.</li> <li>Possess interpersonal skills, build relationships and an effective communicator</li> <li>Team player but also an ability to act on own initiative when required.
