Head of Cabin Crew

<p>Zenon have been commissioned by a leading Airline to assist in their search for a Head of Cabin Crew to be based in the UK. The successful candidate will effectively manage and continuously improve the mechanisms and metrics for measuring and delivering crew utilisation, ensuring the cabin crew establishment is aligned to budget requirements and capable of delivering high quality cabin service which meets the pre-requisite customer service and safety specifications.&nbsp;</p> <p>Leading by example, you will build managerial capability within the cabin services team, supporting them to obtain the skills and experiences necessary to effectively performance manage and develop their teams, thereby supporting robust succession planning.
