<p><strong>Deputy Director, Commercial<br /> Reference Number: </strong>HKC/COM/DCD<br /> <strong>Department:&nbsp; </strong>Commercial<br /> <strong>Time:&nbsp; </strong>2016-05-16</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Director, Commercial, you will perform strategic planning on effective business plans for both developed and emerging markets. As the Deputy Director, Commercial, you should perform the duties including the following:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all operating divisions and outstations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, the decisions that affect safety and security in daily operation;</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;Cargo Services Standard and Cargo Policy to all stations;</li> <li>Set&nbsp;up and accomplish Cargo Sales target;</li> <li>Build&nbsp;Cargo organization structure timely that cope with company strategy;</li> <li>Develop the Freighter Fleet Planning, Aircraft Series/ Model selection, Freighter route planning and analysis;</li> <li>Monitor outstation Cargo Sales performance;</li> <li>Plan&nbsp;Cargo Training Programme and performance evaluation;</li> <li>Delegate&nbsp;manpower&nbsp;and resources to accomplish IOSA qualification;</li> <li>Supervision, organization and managing the efficiency of divisions within cargo operations and ensure the existence of the necessary facilities, workplace, equipment, supporting services, manpower and job functions at all levels within Cargo Department are satisfying the safety and security of cargo operation requirement and control its outcomes;</li> <li>Ensure the company cargo operations are conducted in accordance with current legislation and company policy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>University graduate or equivalent;</li> <li>Proven experience as Cargo Commercial Management experience or equivalent position responsibility;</li> <li>Excellent and experience management skills and leadership skills;</li> <li>Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese would be an advantage;</li> <li>Excellent Business mind and sensitive market sense in Hong Kong and global cargo sales esperience;</li> <li>String analysis skills and able to meet tight schedule or deadline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply, please click on the 'Apply' button.</strong>&nbsp;</p>
