The role will be based in Lagos and the ideal candidate will work on rotation (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off).</p> <p>As the successful VP Commercial, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all Commercial activities the airline in conjunction with the corporate plan and directives of the Board.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>As the successful VP Commercial, you will be responsible for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generating, developing and implementing the Board approved Commercial strategy</li> <li>Providing strategic tactics based on historical data and current trends</li> <li>Overseeing, leading and managing all commercial activities to maximize the business and revenue across all distribution channels.</li> <li>Building the company’s brand through inputs into all aspects of marketing communications</li> <li>Working closely with the commercial department to develop, communicate and implement commercial strategies</li> <li>Building benchmarks and implementing customer satisfaction monitors and trend analysis and implementing recommendations to improve service standards.</li> <li>Overseeing, developing and managing the Company’s entire revenue and marketing budget</li> <li>Dealing with market research, business analysis, benchmarking, risk analysis, traffic forecasting, and economic strategy development</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University Degree is a MUST</li> <li>Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in the Airline Industry</li> <li>Previous experience in all aspects of airline commercial activities at a senior level</li> <li>Advanced IT skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access and especially Excel), GDS systems, MIDT, CRS, DCS and Financial systems</li> <li>Good knowledge of the African market and the West Africa region</li> <li>Knowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and FF schemes</li> <li>Valid and unrestricted passport to be able to travel anytime</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p align="left"><strong>Package: </strong></p> <ul> <li>$120'000 to $180'000 per annum (net)</li> <li>Accommodation, transportation and flights provided</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p align="left"><strong>Start Date</strong>: As soon as possible</p> <p align="left">&nbsp;</p> <p align="left"><strong>APPLY NOW:</strong></p> <p align="left">If you are interested to move to your next challenge or would like to learn more about career opportunities, then please send your CV via the apply now button&nbsp;</p> <p align="left">&nbsp;</p> <p align="left"><strong>We are looking forward to hearing from you!</strong></p>
