<p><strong>Broker | Aviation</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Are you passionate about the Aviation industry?</strong></li> <li><strong>Do you have previous experience in Charter, Air Freight or in the Airline Sectors?</strong></li> <li><strong>Are you driven, motivated and eager to start working as part of a growing team?</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you believe you have what it takes to succeed within a competitive fast moving, highly rewarding aviation industry, then this is the perfect job for you.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and committed Broker to work for an international and well established company operating in the Aviation Sector.</p> <p>As the successful Broker, you will be responsible for working with existing and potential clients to offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements within budgetary and operational restrictions whilst making suitable profit for the company.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing the business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities</li> <li>Client relationship management </li> <li>Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions</li> <li>Maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximise business opportunities and increase client loyalty in an industry where client retention is never guaranteed</li> <li>Manage all operational aspects of charters from the first enquiry to completion of the trip</li> <li>Monitoring and providing quotations for incoming requests</li> <li>Ensuring that all the administration is running effectively, including the invoices and contracting agreements</li> <li>Managing projects by identifying improvements that can be made, approaching the potential problems, reviewing feedbacks and delegating the duties</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3-4 years of working in the Aviation Sector (Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo, Airlines) is a MUST</li> <li>Experience in Air Charter is a PLUS</li> <li>Previous experience dealing with VIP Clients is a plus</li> <li>A previous experience in sales and/or business development</li> <li>Ability to follow budgeting and invoicing procedures</li> <li>Fluency in English is a MUST</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Package:</strong></p> <p>Competitive salary</p> <p> </p> <p>If you’re interested, please send your CV (Word format) to sarah.wong@millarcameron.com or apply directly through the website</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking forward to hearing from you!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that due to a high amount of applications, we will answer only to successful candidates</p>
