Commercial Manager (Leisure)

<p>On behalf of our client, a unique tour company in Dubai, we are recruiting a Commercial Manager (Leisure).</p> <p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> General Manager (Commercial)</p> <p><strong>JOB SCOPE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and commercialise the Leisure division for our client and their products</li> <li>Responsible for: <ul> <li>Strategic Planning</li> <li>Product Development</li> <li>Pricing</li> <li>Distribution</li> </ul> </li> <li>Team management</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will ideally have relevant experience from a similar role in Dubai.</li> <li>6-7 years experience in Tourism or Travel</li> <li>Experienced in dealing with senior management and High Net Worth Individuals.</li> <li>Strong commercial experience in Destination Management Company set up</li> <li>Should be able to build strategy, develop and oversee product development and launch in market including distribution</li> <li>P&amp;L responsibility&nbsp;(Middle-East and Asia): <ul> <li>High end luxury holidays</li> <li>Tours and excursions</li> </ul> </li> <li>Able to build and oversee development of Inbound Tour Operator network</li> <li>Oversee direct sales and through websites</li> <li>Able to manage teams locally and remotely</li> <li>Should be able to travel internationally, as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personality Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Well-spoken&nbsp;</li> <li>Charismatic</li> <li>Ability to manage change</li> <li>Ethical</li> <li>Sales and Target driven</li> <li>Strong Interpersonal skills</li> <li>Passionate about the product</li> <li>Ability to represent the Brand and Product</li> <li>Systematic</li> </ul> <p><strong>OFFER:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary</li> <li>If you are not already in the UAE but have experience from working in Dubai/UAE and want to return, then they do offer a relocation package</li> </ul>
