Airline Station Manager/Customer Service Manager

<p>We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are experiencing substantial growth at the moment. We are looking for airline station managers who will be in charge of the airline's ground operations at a particular station. Ground operations at an airline include passenger ticketing and check-in, baggage and cargo services, gate area passenger boarding and disembarking and ground aircraft servicing. The airline station manager is responsible for seeing that the station's flights leave on time and with all passengers and luggage. Airline station managers lead and manage their assigned ground operations, employees, station budgets, and local safety programs.</p> <p>Our station managers are also part of our customer service management team and must keep travelers satisfied and happy. You will also be responsible for providing total customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely and promptly handling their inquiries, and completing the required transactions as noted below.&nbsp;</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude</li> <li>Be reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfil obligations</li> <li>Accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges</li> <li>Be sensitive to others' needs and feelings and be understanding and helpful on the job</li> <li>Great attention to detail</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
