<p><strong>Air Traffic Control Officers<br /> Guernsey Airport</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Are you a motivated and driven ATCO looking for a change of direction? Do you want to work for an airport that is proud to serve its island and focussed on delivering the best service to its customer?</em></strong></p> <p>As an ATCO at Guernsey Airport you will be key to supporting a vital link to the day-to-day life of the island of Guernsey. Situated in the Channel Islands, our community relies on the Airport to provide the essential links to its business, tourist and residential travellers and the ATC team at the Airport are one of the keys to its success.</p> <p>Using modern equipment, the Guernsey ATC provides ADI and APS <strong>services </strong>in Class D airspace to a varied mix of customers, ranging from microlights to regional airliners.</p> <p>You must hold an ATCO licence issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 340/2015 together with valid ADI and APS Rating and Unit Licence Endorsements, and a current EASA Class 3 Medical Certificate. An OJTI or Assessor Endorsement would be an advantage as, subject to appropriate qualifications and training, you may be selected to undertake OJTI, Verifier, and Assessor duties. Once training is complete, supervisory duties will also be undertaken.</p> <p>As a successful candidate, you could look to attract a salary of up to £83,422 (depending on experience), plus a pensionable shift allowance equating to £6,216 per annum.
