<p><strong>** Senior Avionics Design Engineer **</strong></p> <p><strong>Are you an avionics and electrical CVE? Do you have sound knowledge of avionics integration and have excellent organisational and team working skills? If so Oaklands Global have the perfect opportunity for you as a Senior Avionics Design Engineer.</strong></p> <p>** This role is based in Dorset **</p> <p> </p> <p><strong> As a Senior Avionics Design Engineer your responsibilities will include: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ownership of the total avionic design elements projects and tasks distributed</li> <li>Working collaboratively with customers, interfacing sections and other departments as briefed</li> <li>Initiate and attend design review meetings, attending planning meetings and contract progress meetings when necessary</li> <li>Supervise and motivate staff assigned within your project or task team, particular reference to compliance with all procedures and standards</li> <li>Collaborate with equipment suppliers and sub-contractors</li> <li>Compliance Verification as part of the certification programme</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements: </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Avionics and Electrical CVE signatory</li> <li>Sound knowledge of avionics integration</li> <li>Strong teamwork skills and a track record of delivering to a programme</li> <li>Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements related to design</li> <li>A UK Passport holder able to attain UK Security Clearance (SC)</li> <li>HND / foundation degree, degree in aeronautical or electrical and electronic engineering or equivalent</li> <li>EMC/HIRF Experience would be advantageous</li> <li>Special Mission experience would be beneficial</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>For more information on this excellent opportunity, please get in touch with your most recent CV copy today!</strong></p> <p>Oaklands Global Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.</p>
