Send your CV in today to potentially secure a new exciting job opportunity with our client, who is offering a competitive salary!</p> <p> </p> <p>** You will be an integral part of the Product Safety Engineering Team**</p> <p>** This role is based in Dorset **</p> <p> </p> <p>The Product Safety Engineering Team are involved in conducting safety analysis on all systems produced at the Client site, from identifying safety requirements through to conducting system and equipment level assessments to demonstrate compliance and drive design changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>The breadth of coverage provides an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop both systems and safety engineering knowledge.  The position is primarily related to Weapons Carriage and Release systems, but will also include work on Air-to-Air Refuelling equipment and probes.  The selected applicant will work as an integral part of the Product Safety Engineering Team to develop a world class capability in safety interpretation, analysis and compliance.</p> <p> </p> <p>As the Senior Safety Engineer your responsibilities will be;</p> <ul> <li>Production of safety documentation in line with project requirements and criteria.</li> <li>Close liaison with the Design Team and related engineering disciplines in support of producing System Safety documentation in line with project milestones.</li> <li>Administer Hazard Identification and Analysis team meetings.</li> <li>Attend project meetings in support of safety.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>To be considered for the role of Senior Safety Engineer you must;</p> <ul> <li>An aerospace background, aerospace degree or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience in the design and/or equipment for civil and/or military aircraft.</li> <li>Knowledge of the safety assessment techniques</li> <li>Experience in systems engineering principals.</li> <li>Attendance on established safety related courses advantageous.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>For more information on this excellent opportunity, please get in touch with your most recent CV copy today!</p> <p> </p> <p>Oaklands Global Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.</p>
